How to clear your browser cache

Internet Explorer (v11)

1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete together on your keyboard
2. Tick "Cookies and website data"
3. Untick all other boxes
4. Click the "delete" button
5. Close all IE windows
6. Restart Internet Explorer and try again

Edge (v42)

1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete together on your keyboard
2. Tick "Cookies and saved website data"
3. Untick all other boxes
4. Click the "clear" button
5. Close all Edge windows
6. Reload Edge and try again

Chrome (v68)

1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete together on your keyboard
2. Tick "Cookies and other site data"
3. Untick all other boxes
4. Change the dropdown list for Time range to "All time"
5. Click the "Clear data" button
6. Close all Chrome windows
7. Reload Chrome and try again

Firefox (v62)

1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete together on your keyboard
2. Click the small arrow so you can see the "Details" pane
3. Tick the "Cookies" box
4. Untick all other boxes
5. Change the time range dropdown to "Everything"
6. Click the "clear now" button
7. Close all Firefox windows
8. Reload Firefox and try again

Safari

1. Go to Safari > Preferences > Advanced
2. Tick "Show develop menu in bar"
3. Back in the Safari menu, you should now see an option for "Empty Cache" - click that option
4. Click the "clear" button
5. Close all Safari windows

Opera (v55)

1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete together on your keyboard
2. Tick "Cookies and other site data"
3. Untick all other boxes
4. Change the dropdown list for Time range to "All time"
5. Click the "Clear data" button
6. Close all Opera windows
7. Reload Opera and try again
